Connect your own Stripe account in a couple of minutes and every invoice you email gets a Pay Now button. Your customer taps it, pays by card, and the invoice marks itself as paid. The money goes into your Stripe account and out to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule. It never passes through us.
So a £150 clean costs you £1.88 from us. A £2,000 contract is capped at £15. Refunds are handled from the CRM, and when you refund a customer we hand our fee back too. Prefer bank transfer? Leave card payments switched off and your bank details go on the invoice instead — or show both and let the customer choose.

Stripe charge their standard UK rate and we add 1.25%, with a minimum of 50p and a maximum of £15 per payment. It is entirely optional and costs nothing if you do not use it.
