We run Northern Star Cleaning on this exact system every day. Jobs and recurring cleans, staff rota, staff logins, quotes, invoicing with card payments and expenses. Now any cleaning business can use it.
These are the problems that made us build the CRM in the first place. If your week sounds like this, it was built for you.
Your phone starts at 7am. Every cleaner needs the address, the time, the parking situation. You are a call centre before you have had a brew.
Fixed: every cleaner has their own login with their own job list, addresses and times included. See staff logins
The printed sheet died the moment someone swapped a shift. The WhatsApp version is buried under two hundred messages, and half the team is looking at last week's.
Fixed: one live rota. Change it once and it changes on every phone instantly. See the staff rota
The office is every Tuesday and Friday. The retail unit is every weekday. And you write them into the diary again, and again, fifty-two times a year.
Fixed: set the pattern once, one to five times a week, and every visit books itself. See job scheduling
You clean all day, then the admin shift starts. The quote you promised on Tuesday goes out on Friday, and by then someone else has won the work.
Fixed: branded PDF quotes in minutes, sent the same day, converted to a booked job in one click. See quoting
The invoice gets built in Word on Sunday night, sent Monday, and then sits unpaid while the customer finds their online banking.
Fixed: invoice straight from the job record, emailed with a Pay Now card button on it. See invoicing
What you charged them last time, which site has the awkward alarm code, who still owes you. If you are off for a week, the business is off for a week.
Fixed: every customer, site, quote, job and invoice in one system anyone you trust can pick up. See what it does
Real screens from the live system, not mock-ups. Scroll across to see the owner side and the staff side.
Your whole cleaning business on one screen. Jobs today, who is where, and what has been invoiced.
Add a cleaner, and they get their own login straight away. No setup calls, no per-feature charges.
Assign cleaners to jobs and recurring cleans. Everyone can see the week at a glance.
What your cleaner sees when they log in. Their day, their jobs, nothing they do not need.
Each cleaner's list of jobs with addresses and times. No more morning phone calls asking where they are meant to be.

No modules to bolt on and no features held back. Every plan has all of it; plans only differ by staff count.
Book one-off jobs or recurring cleans one to five times a week at set times. They land on the rota automatically.
More on job schedulingPut the right cleaner on the right job. The rota updates for everyone the moment you change it.
More on the staff rotaEvery cleaner gets their own login with their own dashboard and job list, on any phone. Included on every plan.
More on staff loginsSend professional quotes that turn into jobs with one click when the customer says yes.
More on quotingInvoices generated as PDFs with your logo and your business name, emailed straight to the customer.
More on invoicingConnect your own Stripe account and every invoice gets a Pay Now button. Money goes straight to your bank.
More on card paymentsMost cleaning software is built by software companies guessing at cleaning. Ours went the other way round.
We are a cleaning company first. Northern Star Cleaning cleans offices, retail units, industrial sites and HMOs across the North West. The CRM exists because we needed it ourselves: we were running jobs off WhatsApp messages, a paper diary and a spreadsheet that only one person understood.
So we built our own system, and we have run the whole business on it since. Every feature on this page is something we use on real jobs with real staff. When a screen was confusing, our own cleaners told us, and we fixed it. When invoicing was slow, it was our money arriving late, so we made it fast.
That is also why requests get built. If something does not fit how your cleaning business works, email us. We are not a faceless platform with a feature voting board; if it would help our company too, it usually gets added, and that is included in the price.
The work is the same. The admin around it does not have to be.
Domestic, commercial, offices, retail, HMO or end of tenancy - the CRM fits the size you are now and grows when you do.
You are the cleaner, the scheduler, the quoter and the accounts department. The CRM takes the last three off your evenings: cleans book themselves, quotes take minutes and invoices go out with a Pay Now button the day the job is done.
Starter covers you and up to 3 staffThe point where WhatsApp and a diary stop working is usually cleaner number three. Staff logins end the morning phone calls, the live rota survives every swap and sick day, and you finally see the whole week on one screen.
Pro covers up to 15 staffMultiple sites, recurring contracts and a wage bill mean the paperwork has to be right. Consistent branded quotes and invoices, a full history against every customer and site, and expenses tracked next to income.
Business is unlimited staffRated 4.9 out of 5 by the cleaning businesses using it.
We moved off spreadsheets in an afternoon. The rota alone has saved us hours every single week.
Staff logins stopped the constant morning calls. Everyone just checks their list and goes.
Invoices with a Pay Now button get paid so much quicker. Wish we had done this years ago.
Every plan has every feature. The only difference is how many staff you can add. Pay monthly, or yearly and save 35 percent.
Straight answers about the CRM. Anything else, ask us directly.
A cleaning business CRM keeps your customers, jobs, staff rota, quotes and invoices in one system instead of spread across WhatsApp, paper diaries and spreadsheets. Ours also lets staff log in to see their own job list, and lets you take card payments on the invoices you send.
Cleaning companies of any size, from a solo cleaner up to firms with unlimited staff. Domestic, commercial, offices, retail, HMO, end of tenancy. If you book cleans, send staff to sites and invoice for the work, it fits.

We are a working UK cleaning company and this is the system we run our own business on. It was built around cleaning work: recurring cleans, site addresses, rotas, staff on the road, quotes that become jobs and jobs that become invoices. Nothing was designed in the abstract.
28 days free with everything unlocked and no card needed. If it does not save you time, walk away and it costs nothing.
