Take Card Payments on Your Invoices

Connect your own Stripe account and every invoice you email gets a Pay Now button. The money goes straight into your Stripe account and out to your bank - it never touches us.

An Invoice That Can Be Paid in Ten Seconds

An invoice that asks the customer to find their online banking, type your sort code and get the reference right sits in the "later" pile. An invoice with a Pay Now button gets dealt with there and then.

When card payments are switched on, every invoice you email from the CRM carries the button. The customer taps it, pays by card on a secure page, and the invoice is settled - no app, no account, no typing your bank details.

  • + Pay Now button on every emailed invoice, automatically
  • + Customer pays in the browser on any device
  • + Bank transfer stays available for customers who prefer it

Your Money Goes to Your Bank

This matters more than any feature: we are not in the money chain. You connect your own Stripe account to the CRM, and payments go from your customer's card into your Stripe account, then out to your bank on Stripe's normal payout schedule.

We never hold your money, we never see your customers' card details, and if you ever stop using the CRM your Stripe account and its history are still yours. That is the whole point of doing it this way round.

Fees With No Small Print

Stripe charge their standard card processing rate on each payment. On top of that, we add 1.25 percent, with a minimum of 50p and a maximum of £15 per payment. That is the entire fee structure.

  • + No monthly fee for the feature
  • + No charge at all when a customer pays by bank transfer
  • + The £15 cap means big invoices are not punished
  • + Turn it off any time - it is optional from day one

Try your typical invoice amount in the calculator and see our fee for yourself.

Chasing Money vs Taking Money

Cleaning is too often the last trade to get paid. The difference is rarely the customer - it is how easy you make it.

Bank transfer only

  • - "I'll do it when I'm home" - and then it slips
  • - Mistyped references you have to untangle
  • - Awkward chasing texts to good customers
  • - You do the bookkeeping to match payments to invoices

With a Pay Now button

  • + Paying takes ten seconds, wherever they are
  • + The payment is tied to the invoice automatically
  • + The invoice status updates in the CRM
  • + Bank transfer still there for those who want it

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does the money go?

Straight into your own Stripe account, then out to your bank on Stripe's normal payout schedule. We never hold or handle your money at any point.

What are the fees?

Stripe charge their standard card rate, and we add 1.25 percent with a minimum of 50p and a maximum of 15 pounds per payment. There is no monthly fee, and a payment made by bank transfer costs nothing.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes, your own one - that is what keeps your money yours. Creating a Stripe account is free and takes a few minutes, and you connect it once in your CRM settings.

Do I have to use card payments?

No. It is optional. Invoices send and work exactly the same without it, and if you never take a card payment the feature costs you nothing.

Does my customer need an account or an app?

No. They tap the Pay Now button in the invoice email and pay by card in the browser. No sign-up, no app, nothing to install.

Do you ever see my customers' card details?

No, and neither do we want to. The card is entered on Stripe's secure payment page, so card details go to Stripe and nowhere else. Stripe handles card payments for millions of businesses worldwide.

When do I get paid?

On your Stripe account's normal payout schedule to your bank, which for most UK accounts is a few working days after the payment. The schedule is controlled in your Stripe account, not by us.
