Connect your own Stripe account and every invoice you email gets a Pay Now button. The money goes straight into your Stripe account and out to your bank - it never touches us.
An invoice that asks the customer to find their online banking, type your sort code and get the reference right sits in the "later" pile. An invoice with a Pay Now button gets dealt with there and then.
When card payments are switched on, every invoice you email from the CRM carries the button. The customer taps it, pays by card on a secure page, and the invoice is settled - no app, no account, no typing your bank details.

This matters more than any feature: we are not in the money chain. You connect your own Stripe account to the CRM, and payments go from your customer's card into your Stripe account, then out to your bank on Stripe's normal payout schedule.
We never hold your money, we never see your customers' card details, and if you ever stop using the CRM your Stripe account and its history are still yours. That is the whole point of doing it this way round.
